Customer StoriesWe completed a sales summit not long ago with our sales managers from around the country. Our company sets aside a large block of time to discuss customer feedback in every meeting like this. It is during this time that I am most gratified to be part of ResponseLink. I heard a number of stories about lives being saved and loved ones being rescued, but two stories in particular stood out. One customer was especially thankful because she’d spent 8 hours on the ground after one fall (without ResponseLink), but, after a second fall, only ten minutes on the floor because of ResponseLink’s quick service. Another customer took the time to make several calls to corporate after her fall, claiming that she was “alive today” due to ResponseLink and our standout Customer Care Representative, Garrett Cox.
