Hospital TransportsIt’s a great feeling when we discover that our service offering makes a difference for so many people across the nation. 1600+ to be exact. Recently, I was responsible for tallying up the number of times our monitoring center received an emergency request for a hospital transport. The numbers were staggaring. From January 2007 to the end of November, there was a total of 1680 reported transport incidents. All the hard work and dedication that our team puts forth is worth it when we find results like this. I decided to give a few of our customers a call and all of them were satisfied with the service and quick response time. Here’s a testimonial from one of our clients… I was very pleased with the service. A wound ruptured in my stomach as I was sitting at home one night. The monitoring center immediately responded and stayed on the phone with me until the paramedics came to take me to the hospital.
