Hospital Transports

It’s a great feeling when we discover that our service offering makes a difference for so many people across the nation. 1600+ to be exact.

Recently, I was responsible for tallying up the number of times our monitoring center received an emergency request for a hospital transport. The numbers were staggaring. From January 2007 to the end of November, there was a total of 1680 reported transport incidents. All the hard work and dedication that our team puts forth is worth it when we find results like this.

I decided to give a few of our customers a call and all of them were satisfied with the service and quick response time. Here’s a testimonial from one of our clients…

I was very pleased with the service. A wound ruptured in my stomach as I was sitting at home one night. The monitoring center immediately responded and stayed on the phone with me until the paramedics came to take me to the hospital. This is a great service and I’ll be keeping it for a very long time.

Customer Stories

We completed a sales summit not long ago with our sales managers from around the country. Our company sets aside a large block of time to discuss customer feedback in every meeting like this. It is during this time that I am most gratified to be part of ResponseLink.

I heard a number of stories about lives being saved and loved ones being rescued, but two stories in particular stood out. One customer was especially thankful because she’d spent 8 hours on the ground after one fall (without ResponseLink), but, after a second fall, only ten minutes on the floor because of ResponseLink’s quick service. Another customer took the time to make several calls to corporate after her fall, claiming that she was “alive today” due to ResponseLink and our standout Customer Care Representative, Garrett Cox. It is certainly nice to be in the business of saving lives
